RecommendedJust returned from an 8 day trip. It was a wonderful adventure! Made much easier by great guides and swampers.
I recommend the river rafting trip. Actually Any of the trips would be the best vacation you ever treated yourself to. From the first conversation with gcex to the final day of the trip was perfect. When I say perfect I mean perfect for the adventure it is. loved it.
Incredible way to experience the Grand Canyon under the rim.
This trip was the best ever! Our guides, Hannah and Art, went above and beyond to make this experience memorable for all. We could not have asked for more. Everything from the food, sleeping accommodations, hikes and service was amazing!
Soul rejuvenating experience! Our guides Glade, Irv, Faith and John were amazing! They took great care of us! Taught us tons about the canyon, geology and it's history. Kept us fed, safe and happy. It's a must do!!!!
I could write volumes about our trip of a lifetime. I will spare you and only say that Marty, Glade, Tabitha, Anna and everyone else we came into contact with was INCREDIBLE. If you are able to do this trip, do it! :)

We went during some bad weather this past May 17th through the 24th. It was the BEST time we’ve ever had!!! Hannah, Glade, Dan and Glenda were excellent guides...Hannah controlled House Rock with ease. It was a life-altering experience!!
It’s the people at GCEX that make the difference between good and great. Meals and equipment could not have been better, however it was the crew that made the expedition memorable. Attention to details, wants, needs, and quirks of 26 adventurers, on 2 rafts for 8 days made for a simpatico trip and lifetime memories.
