RecommendedAbsolutely! This is the best adventure and the only way to experience the canyon, imo. You will get a history and geology lesson while riding the rapids and on hikes. Just came off this trip and already planning my next one!
RecommendedMy trip down the Grand Canyon was one of the highlights of my life. From the micro to the macro scale every inch of the Canyon is carved in intricate and beautiful detail, for 265 miles! It has to be experienced in person to be appreciated. Pictures don’t do it justice. I feel sorry for anyone who lives their life and never gets to have that experience . I m so glad I finally went! And I look forward to doing it again!
RecommendedWe did the 8 day float in September a few years ago. It was fabulous. There was 9 on our raft, one member couldn’t make it & another group if 10 on the other raft. We slept under the stars every night. They were fabulous to see when it is so dark. This company did a great job & the guides were wonderful along with the great food they cooked for us. I would love to do it again with all my kids & grandkids.
