I finished my second 8 day motorized trip with Grand Canyon Expeditions. I can't wait to go again with them. Our leaders Den and Duffy were exceptional. In 8 years between my trips small but significant improvements were made. The addition of cots was huge for me. Each experience was different and wonderful.
Finished the 8 Day motorized raft trip on May 27th. I've traveled quite a bit and I must say that this trip with my family and the exceptional boatmen Trevin and Duffy and swappers Clinton and Kerstin, has taken my "favorite trip" top spot. If your reading reviews because you're not sure whether you would enjoy it, just ask yourself, "Do you love the beauty of nature?, Do you like hiking? Just got back from the 14-day dory trip - it was wonderful. Chuck lead a fabulous team of guides (Mary Ann, Doc, Coop and Jim) and support (Ben and Julie) who were knowledgeable, professional, passionate, hard-working and fun. The food was great, the water exciting, and our companions compatible. We had a blast. I would recommend this to anyone with a sense of adventure.

I can't praise GCE and our guides Trevin, Zach, Brent and Joe enough. The only problem was that the week went by way to fast. I thought it was a once in a lifetime trip but I don't think I'll be able to stay away.
Been back from the Canyon a week and would go back in a minute.... so long as I could go with GCE and Zac, Trevin , Brent and Joe. A trip of a life time with the greatest Guides and companions ever. Couldn't have ask for more. On a scale of 1 to 10 a 15.
