Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Joseph helped me pick out two Omegas and a Breitling. The manager Jimmy checked in on me after my purchases to make sure I was happy. Excellent all around service, from the salesmen to managers, I’ll definitely be back to buy more in the future.
Did a deal with GC for the first time, the process went well, straight forward, super professional, I dealt with Victor B, 5 star for Victor, and got to meet Marco in the end! Been watching these guys since Gentlemen Time Piece. Definitely check them out, beautiful show room and a good selection of inventory! Wish I could have taken more photos for the review, but I had my 1 year old son with me so couldn’t do much, but 100% recommended!!
So, not only did my experience meet expectations, but Grand Caliber has earned a lifelong customer. Their staffs communication skills were top-notch, their customer care is highly appreciated, and their stock offered a wide variety of options. My first experience with Grand Caliber was a few months ago. I had purchased a watch from a different retailer, and was unsure of how to remove the links from my watch. I googled "watch stores" and the closest one to me was Grand Caliber. I went in, asked if they could remove the links (totally expecting to pay for the service), and Gavin removed the links with no questions AND with no charge.
