Do NOT ever purchase a car from omera Buick GMC on 104th. This has been the worst experience of my life. I have returned the car and will be purchasing from a more reputable dealer with better customer service!

Today I went in not expecting to walk out with a 2019 encore Buick.. but I am so happy that I did, everyone was so helpful especially Karen Maes and Crystal Fuller. This was my first time buying a car and the experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. Nice people who will find the best deals.

Oh MY GOD hell NO. They know they are giving us the run around. Would like the spare key for my car that I was promised. Why a person needs to be promised a spare key is odd. We would like to cancel a few things that were snuck in on our loan that we do not want. Can't seem to get anyone to return a call. You get the oh I'll have so and so call you. we've sent emails and nothing. I did not leave there with a good feeling in my stomach after buying this car. My intuition was correct. KEEP DRIVING we sure wish we had.
Horrible customer service these people will lie to you and take your money.
