I had contacted them late in the evening and shortly received and email reply. We had stopped a week earlier to take a test drive of the vehicle and later I saw that the price dropped. I wanted to confirm the price so I contacted them to make sure. The next morning I also received a call from the dealer and set up a time to meet with the sales person who gave me the test drive. Car was already sold but they still trying to get me one
Terrible customer service. Drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle and waited in the showroom for over 10 minutes before someone helped me. Went for a test drive and the guy that went with me was busy texting on his phone and didn't have much knowledge of the vehicle i was driving cause he couldn't answer any questions i asked him. I also had a save $500 coupon for that vehicle that they wouldn't honor. It was a huge waste of time
The back and fourth with the young guy at the dealership was horrible. Days went by after giving him info requested in moments to get a response! He never answered or was able to be contacted by operator at Dealer. It took a week in a half to actually confirm options. The worst!
