I started my search for a particular for what type of truck that I wanted so I had searched throughout about 70 dealers in the tri County area. we found one at Lasco. Trent at lasco grand blanc took great care of me! Go BUCKEYES!
Car was everything advertised. Very happy as far as that went. But not happy with how long process took and after explaining the need to get in and out for my wife. (I went in 2 hrs early to get paperwork ready) it still took them 4 hrs after she got there to get us out the door. And that was after we got up to leave without the car.
Jovan replied to my inquiry within ten minutes of me sending email. I bought the truck it is in very good condition and they treated me very well.
They called and confirmed car was still available. I told them i wouls be coming to aee it the next day. They knew i was coming from over 40 miles away. When we gor there we had to wait to even speak to a salesperson. Apparently to lady who called to confirm availability and encourage us to come in wasnt willing to even get up from behind her desk to come speak to us si she pawned us off on some trainee. I submitted a information for a vehicle on the 6th to numerous dealerships in the area. I was simply desperate for a vehicle being that mine was totalled out by my insurance company after an accident.
