I ordered a dozen roses and they were the most beautiful rose arrangement that i had ever seen, Robert did an amazing job, he is very talented and skilled at the art of flowers, Mina gave me a great price ... i would recommend everyone to try it for their selves before they make an opionion.... i love u guys made my life easier and i will recommend u to everyone... I must say i love this place.... i was reading the 2 coments below mine with un satisfied customers and i was thinking thats impossable, i went to this flowershop and the lady and man there were so helpful gave me some wonderful flowers and a great price, The problem now a days is, that miserable people are so quick to put up a bad review and all the great experiences no one has time to put up.... well i want to say i had a great experience here at this flowershop and not to mention i live far in LA but this is the best flow... read more
Sometimes you wonder to yourself why local businesses are failing. You think local business service should be more friendly and personal. However, that is not the case with Granada Hills Flower. I called in on February 6th to order a bouquet to be delivered to my girlfriend for Valentines Day(I did it ahead of time for once). I spoke to a guy and he took my order 2 dozen roses and purple flowers surrounding them, he even offered to put it in a red vase instead of clear which i accepted. They don't even deserve one star. I ordered flowers for a funeral and when they showed up the funeral had already begun. So they drove the flowers bad to there store and all me.. no flowers..terrible! 2 hours later. Then I decided to try them again ordered flowers on line to be delivered. Got a conformation number and e-mail from them, Yet no flowers again. When I called them they said they sent the order to a tela flora company to handle.
