This is the worst place to live for the value. The amount of children here make it very loud. Do not believe the pictures that you see on their website for it is not true. I have lived here for almost two years and will be leaving very soon. The police come here a lot. The apartments are old. The appliances are old. Not the ones you see in the website. The rent is way to high for what you get. I am a single person and I pay about the same amount for my utilities as a family of three.
Lived here for 5 yrs... Only issues we've had is with parking.. Love the new improvements on everything..
I just wanted to say I enjoy living here. It has it's up's an downs but overall it's been good. There doing a lot of work to improve the property. It's really close to my work. An some of the people are nice an the property is working really hard to get the property cleaned up. I have seen lots of improvements. I don't really like the new building colors but hey there trying. Parking dose suck but they are working on getting signs up an getting cars out of here that don't belong. Love the proximity to everything, affordable for being so close to Seattle, and the gym is convenient.
