I have been living here for 2 years now and it is a very quite place to live. I mean there are time when it is kinda loud but they are on it . And they a very friendly and willing to help you will what ever it is. What I really like about it is they have stuff that they do for the people who live there. Like they have a lot of neighbor get to know them. And they do stuff with the kids like they have craft days .
Can be noisy at times do to the amount of children who run around out of control, Trash is never cleaned up around the place. Parking lots have garbage all over, and stairwells do too. The police are here often and the neighbors like to yell at all hours of the night. Maintenance staff are friendly and timely. Front office staff are friendly.
Do you know when your swimming pool going to be open?
Horrible place to live. I'm so ready to move out! I never feel safe here. Not to mention there are kids constantly being disrespectful and running around in the streets! There are dogs barking at all hours of the night since the neighbors are constantly yelling and causing a ruckus. Cars get stollen, homes get broken into and things get done half ass.
I have enjoyed living here. Great office staff and I like my apartment.
If you dont have a car its a bit of a walk to nearest bus.not real happy with how they bill you for wgs its according to blg usage not fair to tenants also pest fee makes no sence unless you dont care about taking care of a place your trying to rent if i got ants that would be up to them i shouldnt have to pay to maintain things that are not in my control. My apartments sence moving here have been run down not cleaned ive had so many maintence issues and its been hard...but dealing with it.
