These wonderful spacious apartments are centrally located in the Fairwood community surrounded by schools, shopping centers, Golf course, and plenty of restaurants for fine dining. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a spacious modern apartment that comes with fireplace, washer and dryer inside the unit. Living The High Life I have been Living at Grammercy Apartments for a year and a half and I have no complaints. The management staff is great. My neighbors are nice and the good thing is that I love over the demo apartment so I don't have to worry about walking softly. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to live further from the city but still be close enough to get where they need to go.
