Very poor Very poor experience. Staff has no idea what they are doing and completely unequipped to answer any questions
Poor experience Overall experience has been poor in most ways. Management is u expensive and makes promises they dont keep. Take your business elsewhere, where you know what you're getting yourself into
Cheap and Not worth it DO NOT RENT HERE. You pay for what you get. Recently they changed managements and still not worth it. they use cheap paint and rugs, everything from paint to the wall comes off easily and you don't even have to touch it. Recently l, they ran my finances SSN without his permission. How do I know? transunion and true identity gave me a warning. The Worst I currently live in Grammercy Apartments in Washington State. These apartments are horrible. They didn’t paint or clean it before I moved in. They assured me they would, but after multiple maintenance requests I gave up and asked the office that I not be penalized when I move out. Why did I pay a pet and security deposit? Absolutely horrible Do not move here. Do not recommend. Have had multiple bad experiences with management and employees. The trash situation is horrible and the parking is even worse. They do not care about you do not move here.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Neighbors are loud, often screaming at each other at night . They take your PAID AND RESERVED parking spot. Repair requests take a long time, and when they are done they are not right. The kids in the neighborhood constantly yell, break stuff and litter. Business hours for the leasing Center are very inconvenient, unfortunately attached to the leasing Center as the gym so gym access is extremely limited. Unit are old and falling apart. Do It Half Way Grammercy scheduled repaving of the parking lots that were supposed to happen on Wednesday and Thursday this week. The emails stated there would be NO work on Saturday or Sundays. The pavers didnt finish in two days, or three days, paving all day Friday as well. And now it is Saturday morning with machinery and trucks making racket out of my window. Most disrespectful Management change June 2016, link for rent payment not working all through July. NO DROP OFF BOX at leasing office. Call and call through out the last week of July, couldn't reach anyone granted we have limited time to sit on the phone during the day. Paid rent August 8th-late, $100 late fee. Spoke to leasing office member. In my building alone I saw 3 other eviction notices posted on doors. 3 bedroom at Grammercy Apartments My 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is wonderful. More than enough space, i do not want to move out because i know i will not find this back patio space anywhere else. But unfortunately rent prices are sky rocketing and i will not be able to afford it alone when my lease has to be renewed next month. :( My neighbors are great we all get together when our kids are outside playing, but also for them as well once the lease is up we all have to move.
