Contacted Gramer Flooring for an estimate on refinishing some flooring in my house. We set up a home visit for Tuesday at 11:30. I took off work to be home for this. They did not show up. I texted, called. Double checked through our text history that I had the time and date correct. It’s been days and I haven’t heard anything. I waited a couple of days to see if they reached out, I understand things and emergencies happen. Nothing. How absolutely unprofessional.

We called Jerry last minute to do a repair and a coating on our floors .He offered to show up at 6 am and get this done before his morning appt . Thank you Jerry and team for getting us in before our soon gets home from college . The floors look fantastic and you can’t even tell where the repairs were fixed . 5 star well deserved
We just had Jerry refinish our rental in Hyde Park . I have to say they look amazing . Jerry is the owner and did s fantastic job . He was able to squeeze us in due to a cancellation . Thank you so much Jerry !!! We will calling you again for the upstairs
