About this business

We started with a family farm back in 1965, growing high-quality spring wheat. Now, thanks to our farm-to-table approach, we're using our wheat to make some of the best bread and pastries in Billings. Breakfast, lunch, dinner -- we make it all. You can even get our breakfast all day long. Whatever you order, you know it'll be fresh and delicious because we don't take shortcuts. So swing by to enjoy a warm cup of coffee, a raspberry turkey sandwich, and the freshest flavors you can find. That's just the way we do things here ... read more

Chicken fried steak and eggs had to have been the best I've had and the cheddar jalapeño toast was fantastic!

You the owner are a puke of a person, to fire a mom of a young baby for having to leave and take her baby to the hospital. You expect your employees to not have a life outside you bakery. When that employee worked there but off for you. Some days being at work for more then 12 hours. There is a special place in hell for people like you. I will do everything I can to promote negative business towards you. May the devil take your soul.

I Have eaten there many times and the food is good. But today I was pretty sick and just wanted some good food to make my day better. Unfortunately they were too busy to take a phone order from a good customer....... it is 2015 GMT........ get with the program. You should never turn your customers away. It's just bad business.

Business response:

Hi Levon. Sorry this has taken so long to get a response to you. I just found this review. I do not know why you were told that excuse. It is not our policy to turn away phone orders. Too much time has past for me to know who was responsible for this. I will though make sure it doesn't happen again. We will do follow up training to ensure this. Thank you for your support of Grains of Montana. Sincerely, Kyle Nielsen, Owner
