Went into a Boise Idaho location about an AC Condensor. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened and asked questions about my problem. Bought the new part which did the job. Will be back with any future items needed.

I haven't visited the store but really wanted to find a local supplier of acrylic sheets so just wanted to call the store to see generally what kind of inventory they have on hand. the ONLY number that's available is an 800 number and after about 7 or 8 robo-selections I just hung up. I like to deal locally but which includes speaking to someone in the store. They're not close to me, hence the desire. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere

Stole my money, ordered an item for review and try on before purchasing it which they said was ok. The item was on back order for three month and it finally showed up. I get a e-mail stated it has arrived then the next day they take out $77.72 from my bank on a hold, I call the number which is not in Boise and state my problem she can’t find anything so I ask for the store in Boise but she can’t call them only text or e-mail.
