The unit worked fine, no problem there. We were very specific about the unit we needed, with a door big enough for a pallet. We have email evidence of those conversations and request. They sent us the wrong unit. It was not unloaded, we just asked them to bring us the correct one. Mistakes happen, no problem. They then charged us an extra delivery fee because they had to bring the incorrect unit back. Excellent service, delivery and placement of 2 leased units for our school district. Quick pickup time for one of the units when we were done with it. The only issue is I asked about a prorated final invoice and never got a response.
Chris Huston and Polar Leasing have been absolutely fabulous to work with. I find their pricing to be reasonable and they have been very responsive to my need to get a quick delivery. The equipment is in great shape and works very well. I highly recommend Polar Leasing!!!
