Great customer service, answered our call right away, send all the diagrams and detailed requirements in no time, so we can get the freezer box same day. Our freezer provider able to find the replacement compressor same day so we end up not needing the box. Very professional and courteous. Will contact them in the future for sure if we ever need an emergency freezer box.
