Great customer service and low prices. I bought some chair mats from Grainger and they were ready for pickup in a day or two. When I arrived I was greeted and they helped load the chair mats in my vehicle. Very professional.
Fast service and very flexible when I asked to change my order to a different account. Friendly representative assisted me and I could tell she enjoyed her job.
I had an open balance with them, they reached out the other day, stated I am having a financial hardship at the moment, thought maybe they would respond with other options, maybe make payment arrangements or other alternatives. Nope, instead a week later I get notified from a third party debt collection agency. For one you never followed up with me, just ignored it and sold it to a 3rd party without giving me any form of notification. I get I had a balance owed, I would have been more than willing to make arrangements.
