Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Rome always make sure to explain what needs to be done and why & he does make office visits fun. Sad to hear that one of my favorite office gals Kathy will be leaving... sure going to miss seeing her smiling face and how she always decorates the office during the holidays☹️
As usual everyone greets you with a smile, always by your first name. They take time to answer any and all questions you might have to ask . They explain everything to you in detail . I wouldn’t go any where else .
The people are beyond friendly and you feel like family! I love coming here and great teeth and gums are a bonus. THANK YOU
I’ve been coming here since right out of college. The new dentist so I name Grain Valley family dental are quite talented. Now Hanneman & Ward can actually start to retire! They’re leaving it in good hands as they start to move that direction.
