I bought the vehicle from Donnely Ford however my paperwork says they sent the vehicle here for a sunroof replacement...I’m leaving this review because I genuinely don’t understand how this shop considers their work acceptable. My vehicle was sent to you for a broken sunroof, and according to the paperwork I had to request myself, you charged to “repair” the issue. Except the sunroof was never actually fixed.
