poor turn around time to rotate tires. last time I went to the 14th and Cushman store and it took 2hrs to rotate 4 tires. tried the 56th street store. took 1-1/2 hrs to rotate tires. I don't understand why it takes so long.

I noticed a sudden problem with my car, and even though it was the end of the day, they got my car right in and corrected the problem! I can’t thank them enough!

I called Graham Tire after a horrible, costly experience with another mechanic that left me stranded with 3 kids while my husband was traveling for work. Not only did they get my van in promptly but they quoted me every detail over the phone, followed up twice while they were working on it to give me options AND picked it up and delivered it free of charge. They were so easy and transparent to work with, somehow turning a nightmare of an experience into a pleasant one and have gained a loyal customer for life!
