RecommendedI love the team at 1918 o st. Downtown Lincoln location. I was concerned and worried about 1 tire, they did a check of all four and found other issues that could have resulted in larger issue. They are upfront, friendly and genuinely care about their customers and the car they are leaving in. They get me to work safely, and they keep me updated with issues and costs. The guys got me in today, even though there was a slight mix up with my appointment. I was willing to reschedule for next week, but they had my car in and out in less than an hour. Very much appreciated!
I love the service I get from Toussaint, Curtis and David. They work with my schedule and make it easy.
Will give them a 4 for now. I only have 7 miles on these tires but I am very happy to get them installed. I worked mostly with Curtis, he was honest that the "Assurance Weather Ready" by Goodyear was a new model of tire. Was well tested but Graham did not have many on the road yet, and none have seen a Nebraska winter. Curtis worked with me to get the Escape in by picking it up from my job and then picked me up after work to go to Graham to pick it up. I went to Graham 19th & O for convenience (oil changes, routine maintenance & tires) but I stay because of how they treat me. Shout out specifically to Toussaint that makes me feel special- those considerate personal touches that make such a difference! Thanks, guys for making life just a little bit better for this lady.
