When we called on a tight schedule for an oil change, Curtis was very flexible with scheduling us the next day in a time frame that fit our needs, and at a price that beat out anyone else we had called for a quote. When we went in for the service, they were very courteous in letting us know how long it would be, and when it took a little longer than expected they were very professional about letting us know why, it turned out there was more work at getting underneath the car than expected.
