Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Sort of, I felt like they could be cleaner. Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
