Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? They were average Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? They were average Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? Mostly yes Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet? Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

I recently had to take my Best Buddy and have him put to sleep. I bawled my eyes out uncontrollabley the entire time. I could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people--from the young man who carried my AJ inside - to the front office staff - to the doctor and his assistant! Graham Road Animal Hospital has Always maintained such Great care of my animals--and most recently of me as well:) I have been a client there for nearly 20 years with many of my pets all the while. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
