Was planning to purchase a new Lincoln Nautilus, but due to a recall I couldn’t purchase the color/model I wanted at the Lincoln dealership. I purchased from out of state and they handled everything. They are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I truly couldn't have asked for a better dealership experience. I’m so incredibly frustrated with the purchase I made from Graham Motors. It had been smoked in but somewhat covered up by A generic deodorizer. Unfortunately, the smoked stained in the interior could not be removed. I hit a pothole two days after I purchased it and the tire Bluetooth shreds. Unfortunately, I did not have the key to remove the lug nuts in order to change the tire because Graham Motors had lost it and did not tell me.
