This is a non-polished version of an incredible place to buy a car. Nathan is his name and car dealings his name-a truly incredible individual! Was kind and nice and very accommodating, as well as all the other people that comprise that unit of people in that dealership. I've walked into other dealerships and had to find people to help me-not here! We walked in and were greeted and allowed to browse and ask any questions we want and made up her mind and that was it. Don't tell them their service department has made a mistake. They'll do whatever they can to weasel out of responsibility. You tell their people you don't want something done and instead you want something else done. They'll still do the original thing and push blame onto the customer. Takes all day for simple stuff. No offer of recompense. No returned calls despite promises made otherwise. Just snarky emails from their service manager a week later that you have to chase them down for.

After two weeks of owning my A4 it started to misfire and I was unable to drive it for over a day because of it. I contacted my sales person and they told me to take it to the nearest shop to have someone look at it but I was unable to drive it. Because I was unable to drive it anywhere I went out and bought new spark plugs and coil packs to fix it myself and I was on the road again. We recently purchased a 2014 Buick Encore. We drove it home and parked it in the garage. The next day there was a puddle under it. It was not oil, it was water/anti-freeze. We called our sales rep and told him of the problem. He said that he would do some research and call back, which he did. He said that they searched their parking lot and did not see any leaks where it had been parked. It rained 2" that day. Of course there were no spots!
