Used to go to therapy when I was younger and it was still Christopher and Associates, and had some testing done in 2023. When I got my results I was basically given a placeholder for one of my diagnosis, saying they didn’t have enough evidence since they just saw me once and would change it after talking to my therapist again. Makes sense i suppose, except neither me or my therapist were able to ever get a hold of them again. In about October of 2024 I tried a few times to get a hold of them again due to needing records. The receptionist Sonja needs an attitude adjustment. She immediately was flippant, rude and a she interrupted me twice. Ultimately I told her about her about her behavior before hanging up. She is the first point of contact for your company and I can tell you right now that this is not someone you want representing your business. I am on the phone all day in my line of work and never have I had a conversation like this before. Do yourself a favor and get rid of her.
This place only cares about the money and not the child. They called me in to discuss the "results" for my child, only to then tell me they didn't get documents back from the teacher so they had no results. Then why did you call me in????? I was able to supply the document during the meeting in which the counselor tried to quickly diagnosis him. I then had to call repeatedly to get the results sent to the Dr and school. This place is ridiculous and I would never take my child there again.
Dr. Christopher went out of her way to evaluate my son and Kim Nelson is by far the best therapist I have ever had. They truly care about the people they work with. Amazing women both of them!
Probably the worst doctors office they never have availabilitied and they don't even care about the well being of the child. They make you come all the way back for Results refuse you over the phone confrences to discuss it as use the excuse that they need to see you to tell you (all it boils down to is they want to be paid the office visit fee to tell you your results) they couldn't care less about the child my sons testing was three months ago as a newly singled mother with no car (thanks to the divorce) and 4 other kids (... read more
