We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 4 acres. A gentleman from this company came to do our appraisal. He did not even walk the entire house. When we received the appraisal it stated that our house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and almost 50,000 dollars below what our appraisal was years ago. Property value in my neighborhood has been increasing and should not have decreased. This was completely wrong and since he submitted it we are not able to do anything for 6 months. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
