On Feb 2, 2022, I contracted with Graham Aluminum & Home Improvements They were to pour a 12' X 12' concrete slab with a slope on one end so we could drive our golf carts onto it. Secondly, they were to install a metal roof with eaves over the slab. Lastly, they were to cut a hold in the front of my mobile and install a 60" X40" vinyl, double paned window. For this I was to pay them a total of $13,500. $4,500 due on date of contract, $4,500 due on completion of the roof, and the final $4,500 on completion of the job. On or a... read more

This company is the WORST. They EXPLOITED my mom and her neighbor. No written contract, did not pull a permit, did not complete job and had her forge my name on the insurance checks in the amount of $18,000. Who does this to an 84 year senior citizen? Jack or Kelly ****** will no longer respond to my emails. Thank goodness for the Attorney General for helping us. Graham aluminum has been a big disappointment from the start. Their subcontractors, the concrete one, and as far as I know that's all they use, showed up and did a less than good job, concrete slab not square with room and left with a poor finish. The next sub contract showed up and went to framing as he was told to frame by Graham, not the room size or shape we had contracted for. We hired Graham Aluminum to build a custom sunroom onto our home and truly we could not be happier with the results. The quality of the materials and the workmanship is excellent. The entire experience with them was professional from beginning to end making it very positive and easy to do business with them. Jack's team did an awesome job! We had acrylic windows out in our screen room, as well as insulation throughout and a new roof. Turned out so much better than we expected! Definitely recommend Graham for all of your home improvement wants and needs!
