Great location for schools,shopping centers,beaches Yorktown, Fort Eustis military bases,Williamsburg tourist,Busch Gardens. Apartments locate in a quite unquie secured neighborhood. Landscaping well taken care of. Apartments well mantained. Clients well mannered..parling close to your spartments. Only down fall trash and mail boxes to far away from a apartments.
If you're looking to rent here, don't. First off, management has to be one of the worst. Oh, also, look forward to mold on window frames, smell of mold, and old musty cigarettes. Basically, I wouldn't wish this place upon my worst enemies and it's damn near disgusting. For the amount of rent, I expect more. Not torn up parking lots, and lack of fixing ANYTHING in a timely manner (or at all). They lose paperwork. Glad my lease is up NOW.
Terrible management, didn't fix the issues in our apartment before we moved in, don't give but a day notice for bug spraying and maintenance. Rent is too expensive for the condition of the apartments and the parking lot/road conditions. Definitely don't recommend Grafton Station to any family or friends.
