Worst apartment staff I have ever come across. They don’t know how to manage their money let alone YOUR RENT. They messed up one of our months rent then turned around and told us we owed them $600! On top of the next months rent, like what?! Now I am about to move out come the 26th of this month, got pro-rated for $934 and so I paid that, now they are saying you owe us another $120 cause we have you down for the whole month, EVEN THOUGH I PUT IN MY NOTICE TO VACATE. Update/remodel apartments. It 1130 pm and yet again I can hear the neighbors.
Ever since Leif took over the maintenance calls the response time and communication have been excellent. The improvements have made this place AMAZING!
ever since melinda has taken over everything has run as smooth as clockwork! I couldn't be happier!
Pretty well groomed apartment complex. Easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. Maintenance gets 5 stars from me. They do a great job with performing their duties.
I been living here almost 8 years. The staff here is wonderful and very interactive with the community. Maintenance is good with repairs within a reasonable amount of time. The landscape is beautiful and the schools are wonderful and very close by, right along with the shopping centers.
Get better maintenance! Even with recent changes it took them over 5 months to replace a door that should have been replaced prior to moving in. Now, a light that isn't a normal lightbulb can't even be fixed in the kitchen. Absolutely absurd! Don't even get me started on the management company. Sometimes breaking a lease with 4 doctors notes can't be helped. Nope, they would rather take over $4,400 to break a lease to put my grandfather who was diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer in a safe living environment. I would give 0 st... read more
