I have always had great service at Graff. The young man who changed my oil was very respectful and walked me through the process. When I first got there I picked a line and of course it was the wrong line. One of the guys came out and told me if I slipped over to the other lane my service would be faster because the auto in my lane was having more than an oil change. He was right. In and out and my feet never hit the floor.
Fast and friendly service, quickest oil change ever. Will be back, highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Everyone at Graff is fantastic! From their sales department to their service department, all excellent people. I've bought my last 2 vehicles from them and both times I've been treated like family.Tee in sales was AMAZING. She even had a gift bag for my 4 year old, which made him feel special too. Getting my oil changed is a breeze, I never have to even get out of my car! As a busy mom, having anything done on the run without hassle is priceless. I'll never go anywhere else. 5 stars!!!

Had a problem with a power steering fault. Graft Chevrolet fixed the fault and had my truck ready in a couple of days. Service department was fast and courteous st all times. I’ve dealt with other dealerships in my life, but Graff Chevrolet is the best. I would not hesitate to recommend Graff to anyone.
