Grady is the only place I have been ever where they hardly answer the phone. They don’t even bother to attempt to aid you at all I had someone pick up and hang up immediately several times. When I was there for an open hand wound where I had cut my hand open I waited 4.5 hours to be seen where I spent maybe 10mins getting stitches and left. Grady Memorial This hospital is not too bad but not to great either if you have ever been to the Emergency Room in the middle of the night. Seems like there were a lot of gun shot victims there which is a little scary. The nurses are all wonderful however, they are all sweet and must really love there jobs.

Total care We had our first child there, and she was severly premature. We got to know the folks there very well over her five months stay and surgeries. The NICU is absolutely unparallelled. They have nurses who literally care for your child the way that you would if you could. Also they have a Womens Urgent Care Center, that deals with all issues female, as well as clinics for every ailment from dermatology to cancer. I would advise that anyone give them a shot. I was admitted as patient due to a fall down the stairs in my home and the ambulance had to take me to Grady since it was trauma. The ER physicians and staff were very good and did a great job at communicating and accessing my injuries. Once admitted to the floor it all changed. I was there for 10 days and was never offered any sanitation assistance. When physical therapy came in to work with me they realized my gown was filthy and hadn't been changed in days. Grady Memorial Hospital is very disrespectful I had appointment back in March 2021 for a bladder infection its September I called and went back and forth for 6 months they made me another appointment for November 18th just for a presentation for a bladder infection Freda

As we are in a current epidemic it is clear that ALL Grady staff refuses to abide by the necessary precautions needed stop the spread of Covid-19. Regardless of alleged precautions that they will preach about before entering the facility upon entering the Grady staff will not adhere to taking the necessary precautions for the safety of patients and public, allowing the further spread of the virus to continue placing the lives of the public and patients in constant danger. Grady Hospital has turned into one of the worst hospitals. The medical staff don't answer patient's when they put their lights on. They don't like communicating with family about the condition of their love ones. They answer the phone on the floors, and they tell you to hold on, and they never make their way back to the phone.
