Get directionsGrady is the only place I have been ever where they hardly answer the phone. They don’t even bother to attempt to aid you at all I had someone pick up and hang up immediately several times. When I was there for an open hand wound where I had cut my hand open I waited 4.5 hours to be seen where I spent maybe 10mins getting stitches and left. Meaning I spent 4.5 hours sitting there bleeding because they could just have me get seen. You get people in and out you don’t have them sit and wait for nothing. The way the facility i... read more
Do not bother visiting Gady is awful.
I was admitted as patient due to a fall down the stairs in my home and the ambulance had to take me to Grady since it was trauma. The ER physicians and staff were very good and did a great job at communicating and accessing my injuries. Once admitted to the floor it all changed. I was there for 10 days and was never offered any sanitation assistance. When physical therapy came in to work with me they realized my gown was filthy and hadn't been changed in days. Since I had a severe back injury I was not able to do anyth... read more

As we are in a current epidemic it is clear that ALL Grady staff refuses to abide by the necessary precautions needed stop the spread of Covid-19. Regardless of alleged precautions that they will preach about before entering the facility upon entering the Grady staff will not adhere to taking the necessary precautions for the safety of patients and public, allowing the further spread of the virus to continue placing the lives of the public and patients in constant danger. Dr.'s without proper testing will provide a diagnose... read more
Grady Hospital has turned into one of the worst hospitals. The medical staff don't answer patient's when they put their lights on. They don't like communicating with family about the condition of their love ones. They answer the phone on the floors, and they tell you to hold on, and they never make their way back to the phone. Meanwhile, the only thing you actually hear is a much of disorganization, mismanagement, and patient's call buttons going off. They send people to draw blood out of you too frequently, and gave lame ex... read more

I give my new cardiologist a 1star..first of all they walk in the room without my file in hand.. being that was our first appointment. Then to describe the pain I was feeling.. I was told to take Tylenol 600mg.They could not and didn't address why I was having pain in my chest I will be requesting for a new cardiologist that will not dismiss me with no answers. I had to ask for a EKG!
They are in cahoots with the Pruitt Nursing Homes. Send the old people there saying they have to stay 8 weeks...no restraints what so ever, not even chemical restraint. NO Dr. would sign off to send my Dad home with Hospice care until Pruitt milked the insurance dry. Grady did not even mention the VA Hospital in Macon. We had to do that on our own and by that time it was too late. My father was a distinguished military man for over 30 years and we had to see him babbling, falling, obviously miserable and angry. I mean ... read more
