I'm not a fan of them honestly everyone who work there seem like they rather be somewhere else. They're not good at communicating or making you feel like having hope. They make you go through all type hoops to reschedule an appointment. It's an environment of its not my job so I'm not helping that person basically. Different workers would see you lost and would just stare at you and walk off. I told my social worker if she can help me with the snap program along with others she told me do it myself.
