IDP is one of the most confusing, and Inconsistent medical spaces I have ever entered. The staff constantly sends you on a run around if you seek to call them, or will have you on hold for 20 to 40 mins, and sometimes longer. The hours for services are inconsistent and change with little to no longer warning, such as closing the clinic down at noon with no more warnings then a paper on the front door, which is not helpful to those who only come for services every so often.
