Our family has been coming here for almost 7 years. Professor Aaron and all of the other Professors and Coaches are very experienced, knowledgeable, encouraging, and positive. There is a good energy here.
A true family gym! Fantastic instructors and a fantastic place to learn. Professor Aaron has really understands how to get the best out of everyone. From the kids classes to the adult competition class instructed by coach Hector, this is the place to go for jiu jitsu in North County.
Hands down an absolute great experience training at a home away from home. Superb professors with sound technical instruction. I can't wait to come back and train.

I have two boys 6 & 8 years old who train here. The quality of Jiu Jitsu training is among the best in San Diego and the gym is much more than Jiu Jitsu.
