Great instructors that are always happy to help and work hard to better everyone of the students. It is always clean and well maintained and has a family type of atmosphere.
The Studio is Respectable, and has a kind family atmosphere with a great leader and coaches who are passionate about sharing the art with those willing to put in the time. Gracie Barra Carlsbad has a positive vibe every single day. Professor Aaron helps bring the talent out of everyone and it really is Jiu Jitsu for EVERYONE.

Based on a number of recommendations from friends I checked this place out. I was looking for an activity for my two boys to get involved with in between their existing sport commitments. I was taken back by their supportive environment, their commitment to educate, and how proficient they were at their craft. I ended up joining myself :) Its a nice slice of life I get to share with my kids. If you are looking for a place to train or are just a bit curious about BJJ, I highly recommend walking into Gracie Barra Carlsbad.
I am thoroughly impressed with the patience, attention, and skill the coaches bring daily. Professor Aaron's staff are knowledgeable, fun and genuine. My grandsons Cole and Cohen have learned so many terrific attributes from them - self discipline, overcoming adversity, teamwork and of course champions not just in Jiu Jitsu, but also in life!
My family train at this place, my son wife and kids I love how they enjoy and love to learn the art, I been on some of their tournaments, all the personnel very nice and friendly, congrats!!! Keep up the good job!! ��
Gracie Barra Carlsbad is great! Professor Aaron makes everyone feel welcome and the people who train there are like family. Aaron has a special talent for teaching that applies to all levels. He is a mentor to the kids on and off the mat. I highly recommend trying a class. You'll be hooked.
Fell in love with it from the first class I took, the teachers here will teach you, help you and give you their full support as your learning each move. The level of detail is amazing and the atmosphere is great felt like I was welcomed to a new family from day one. Try it out for your self!
