You know how your kids leave school and need to burn some energy? This might be the best place to do it. They treat even the craziest kids with complete respect, and keep them working super hard. Even if they are squatting and running, the instructors make it seem like a game. The best part is that the students are actually learning something really useful. There are tons of families who come for kids class, and stay so the adults can take class, while the kids have a snack, watch a show, or do homework. It's amazing!
We have been coming here for over 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The facility is very clean, the instructors are excellent and the atmosphere is very family friendly.

My 6-year-old daughter started taking classes at this gym about 7 months ago, and she loved it immediately. We started with the free trial period to make sure she would like it before signing up, and she insisted I sign her up immediately. 7 months later, she is still as enthusiastic as ever, and never wants to miss a class! This place contains everything you hope to receive at a gym. There is a lot of combined knowledge amongst the professors and students to keep you busy for a life time. There is a sense of family and love everywhere which pulls you in quick and deep. Would recommend to anyone no matter what level you are at or how much or how little experience you have.
I brought my son and daughter to the family and friends class and they were hooked. Professor Aaron and his coaches really know how to engage the kids and have fun. The gym environment is energetic, fun and family oriented. If you're looking to get your kids into jiu jitsu, this is the place to go.
If you want to learn how to choke people out with their own collars, you should come here. Want your kids to learn how to defend themselves without throwing a punch? Come try the kids class! Jiu jitsu is a fantastic martial art for smaller people, because it's based off of leverage, not strength.
