Wearing two hats here. My mom is a resident and I am a staff member. Truly impressed with the beautiful hearts that serve the residents. My mom is very happy with her care and so am I.
Every where u go there is gonna be short staff the staff do what they can, it's a good place and the activity director u have is one AMAZING LADY (PENNY) she definitely goes above and beyond for anyone she can! �
Understaffed & unappreciated/disrespected more often than not (previous employee) CNA's/nurses do a great job if we're talking about care to the residents, but if we're talking about how everything else is managed here, it's a lot of disrespect from others and no organization what so ever. Hope it gets better!!
My mother was recently at GracePointe Crossing and she had wonderful care! All the staff were very attentive to her needs and even ours when we were visiting. She also received Physical and Occupational Therapy services while there which went really well and improved her daily living skills and improved her strength. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends! Thank you GracePointe Crossing!
Pieces of poop. Extremely understaffed, your family member will not get the care they deserve. Don't waste your time with them. The nurses do all they can and are great. It's the ones that sit all day in there office playing with themselves while looking at pictures of jesus that are to blame.
Nice place to be and visit nice people clean organized
The workers are all nice and friendly. They take good care of my mom. She's been there a few years. It's a nice nursing home. They could use a few more staff at times, people wait long periods to get to bed, after they've asked, or to use the restroom sometimes.
