I had a very bad experience with this hairstylist. They were unprofessional, and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. Instead of giving me the style I asked for, they completely messed up my hair. The place was not clean and I felt very uncomfortable during the service. I would not recommend this hairstylist to anyone. Totally wasted my time and money.

Very unprofessional and unhygienic place. The environment was extremely uncomfortable, and the staff were rude with absolutely no sense of customer service. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience at Gracelook Beauty Salon! The staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The salon has a very clean, relaxing, and stylish atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The service I received was excellent — they really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver results that exceeded my expectations.
