Dr. Bakhshi prescribed my daughter 0.025% triamcinolone acetonide ointment for application to her face and eyelids without ever examining her. The only provider who physically saw my daughter was Nurse Grace Bray, who dispensed the steroid ointment to me. When Nurse Bray handed me the ointment, I didn't want to take it from her because I didn't want to apply steroids on my daughter but she assured me that the steroid was “low-strength and safe".
