Went here and Ms. Debbie took care of us. She was very welcoming and helpful and she has a joyful spirit.
I'm currently in the process of trying to lease a apartment and one of their properties. I was already concerned about the $270 non refundable application/admin fee and low and behold my gut was right.Since my application the apartment I was first offered the price has changed 3 times since my application. So now they say I don't make enough,that's the game that's being played but we'll see.
This place is beautiful for the most part but ruins it is the management personnel. It seems like no one gives a damn except Edith. I wonder how Ximena, Marlene and Leo keep their jobs; absolutely no interpersonal communication skills. I believe the mission of the management staff is to do the least for the residents. Dayrise Residential is a terrible company overall and it's a true nightmare living in one of their apartment complexes. I live in Irving, TX. Dayrise claims to value their residents and see them as friends and neighbors. HOWEVER, they charge their "friends and neighbors" 2.95% to pay their rent online. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that I have to pay more money just to pay rent. They will not return calls or emails.
