I have trusted Tonya now for over a year. She has helped me navigate all of the best and worst things I could try to deal with. She knows what she is doing, and she does it WELL. While she might be a bit no nonsense for some, I know that 100% of the time, she will not waste my time, or her own. Do NOT go to this place. I reached out on one of the most stressful days of my life, trying to seek help for my mental health issues.
