I would not trust this agency. They left deceptive photos for one of their properties making the house look beautiful inside and out, and the house so disgusting. I’m not gonna list the house here to protect the privacy of the seller. I will be calling the Pennsylvania Association of realtors to file a complaint.
Bob Young made everything go smoothly. Everything on the seller disclosure was truthful. He helped the sellers negotiate a lot of deals prior to settlement. He even drove everyone to the settlement.I have high praise for an honest real estate agent.
Matt Orban was amazing listed my house and got it sold! Very knowledgeable and one of the top realtors around! He made sure I was out of my house and ready for Florida in a blink of an eye!
We really appreciated all Bob did for us. He always made him self available to us which really helped us through the process. We relied on him and his knowledge throughout the process. We have nothing but praise for the efforts he put forth. Thank you again
Matt Orban took the stress out of selling my mom’s home. As I do not live in town, he took care of all the details that I could not do without driving for hours. He went above and beyond anything I would have expected from a realtor and I am truly thank for his help.
