I️ brought my 2003 waverunner to Grace because it was stalling out on the water. I️ was told by service manager that it was a crankshaft misalignment estimated repair cost $2300 plus. Took it to K&W in Utica for a 2nd opinion and it ended up carbs needed to be rebuilt. Three quarters of the price and it runs great. Would not use Grace again.
Selina Stirzinger is an amazing service department front person!! When I called to make appointment she listened to all my questions (even if they were stupid ones) explained answers in layman terms, even multiple times. She really knows the business and how to treat each customer individually!! Highly recommend Selina and Grace Performance Service Department!!
