The service department has had my husbands bike for 2 months, it’s one excuse after another regarding it getting fixed!! This is the worse place we have ever taken it too! Not to mention they don’t communicate with us regarding the bike we have to call and see what’s going on with it! This will be OUR LAST time using this company!

I would like to give a big thanks to Mike Minjoe and his team, taking the time to please a customer and finding a sled that some may say we don't have one or can't get one like that. Now if you could do something about the snow (haha). Can't wait to ride. Thanks again

Big place, I was there for the "snow show" and there seemed to be allot of staff walking around. I'm a Polaris rider and they seem to be only skidoo. The only sleds I saw out were skidoo
I went in Tuesday afternoon to shop for a Kawasaki Mule and parked right outside the salesman's cubicle. My wife and 2 kids were with me and we walked out to see their selection. We easily spent 10 minutes walking around. There was a guy in a service tech shirt up front who was talking to probably a customer. He didn't acknowledge us or say "Let me get you someone in sales" But no worries there as he was busy. No one ever came out. We took upon ourselves to go inside and have a look around. Poor service department. Purchasing multiple wave runners from them doesn’t mean anything when it comes to getting service. Get in line and wait
