If I can I would give them a 0 star. I’m honestly really upset about my experience here. I went in for an arm wax and didn’t say anything at the time because I thought maybe the burning sensation was normal right after waxing. But it clearly wasn’t — the wax was way too hot and ended up burning my skin. Looking back, I shouldn’t have ignored it, but a salon should NEVER be using wax at a temperature that can burn someone.
