Made appointment for 3:30 pm. They took 5 customers before me. I had to wait until 4:30, overcharged, via city of Philadelphia code violation. Disgusted
Jay is the best! I’ve been coming here for ever even before Jay took over! Very sanitary and tools are clean! NO BUGS NOT DIRTY! Price is good because any where else is the same or even MORE!
I’ve been going to Grace Nails Salon since the new owners took over, and they are amazing! The salon is always very clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the prices are very reasonable. They take their time and do a great job every visit. I highly recommend Grace Nails Salon to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!
If I can I would give them a 0 star. I’m honestly really upset about my experience here. I went in for an arm wax and didn’t say anything at the time because I thought maybe the burning sensation was normal right after waxing. But it clearly wasn’t — the wax was way too hot and ended up burning my skin. Looking back, I shouldn’t have ignored it, but a salon should NEVER be using wax at a temperature that can burn someone. They always do a great job .. I love going to Grace nails ...my husband enjoy getting pedicures also ...we go every 2 weeks
