The doctors and the nurses I have met are great. But their receptionist has nasty attitudes. It takes forever to get referrals done and sometimes prescriptions are also hard to get sent into the drug stores.
Customer Service sucks, no emergency number to call on weekends. Pharmacy has a hard time getting them to respond when requesting from new prescriptions.
Been going for yrs and the service is very poor...need better management!
