Absolutely best experiance for a very scary diagnosis. Dr Hou is very personable and was very thorough with her explanation of diagnosis, procedure, options, stress relief, even exercise and nutrition. Unusual for a surgeon. The process was clear and went very smoothly, good post op instructions. Can't say enough about how Dr Hou and her staff help foster a positive outlook and sense of control.
I had a lumpectomy and appreciated Dr. Hou. She was very informative and explained all to me in layman's terms. She was awesome. I wish more surgeons were as professional and straight forward.
From the first time I met Dr Hou it was obvious that she is very passionate about what she does and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Hou and her team work like a well oiled machine. They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. As a Registered Nurse I was very impressed with my experience and as I like to call it my cancer journey. Dr. Hou was available 24/7 to answer any questions or to lend a caring ear.
