I highly recommend Grace for anyone looking to buy or sell. She helped us both with buying our home and later selling it. She is friendly and personable and does an outstanding job of explaining the process involved. I trust her advice and she helped set us up for success in both of our transactions.
Grace was such a blessing to my family and I! Grace and her staff, let me just say one of a kind. Grace was always working with us to find our home and she communicated like you wouldn't believe. She definitely puts her clients first when it comes to purchasing a home. For example, she offered her own Seattle Seahawks clock to the seller when we put in a bid for one of the homes we liked. Grace and Kaitlyn are the A-Team!
