Terrible customer service. I’m a first time patient and was late(I notified them via app) by 15 min for my first visit and was told with a really negative attitude by the lady there. Wasn’t the younger ladies. Gave me the next appointment 2 months later. When the doctor runs behind we have to be understanding but when the CUSTOMER need flexibility (specially first time) there are non! Front office incompetent. I have tried to schedule an appointment for FOUR months. Everytime I schedule, I receive a phone call 2-3 day prior to appointed time saying I need to reschedule. The excuse is…”appointment was booked in error”. I booked through the front office. The doctors are awesome, but good luck actually getting to see one.
